Make your dreams as sweet as your snacks with this Sleepy Head Chia Pudding...
The perfect evening dessert to help you drift away when bedtime comes around
The struggle to get to sleep at night is real. Our brains are working 1 million mph thinking about the day we’ve had, what’s happening tomorrow and what will happen if we don’t fall asleep in the next 5 minutes. And when we do get to sleep, we often wake up feeling groggy and unwilling to get up out of bed. This is were Sleep Easy comes in! Built with brain benefitting mushrooms including Reishi and Tremella, plus Ashwagandha to reduce the body’s stress response. Sleep Easy is also high in Magnesium, recognised for its ability to reduce common menopausal symptoms such as sleep disturbances, depression and anxiety.
Instead of drinking your Sleep Easy at night, why not put it into a tasty bedtime dessert? This recipe helps you to sleep by including your entire recommended daily intake of Sleep Easy (2 tsp in total).
