Rich, chocolatey bites infused with our Vegan Collagen Protein Bars to nourish your skin, hair, and nails from the inside out. With a soft, fudgey centre and a decadent chocolate coating, these truffles are as beautiful as they are delicious. Roll them in cocoa powder for a classic finish, dip them in silky melted chocolate, or add a sprinkle of edible glitter for an extra touch of glamour. Method
- Chop & Soften the Collagen Protein Bars
Cut the protein bars into small pieces and microwave for 15–30 seconds until soft and pliable. (Be careful, as they may be hot!) - Shape the truffles
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and roll each one into a ball. - Coat the truffles
Roll each ball in cocoa powder for a rich, velvety finish or dip them in melted chocolate of your choice (you can use white, dark or milk chocolate – we recommend vegan alternatives, of course) for a delicious, decadent shell. - Add your favourite toppings
We used mini marshmallows (the kind we used in the rocky road recipe), cocoa powder, white chocolate and even some edible glitter for the extra touch of glamour. - Set & enjoy
Let the truffles cool at room temperature or pop them in the fridge to firm up.
