- Prepare Your Tin
Line a 20cm x 20cm baking tin with greaseproof paper. Pop the marshmallows in the freezer while you prep the rest. - Melt the Base
In a saucepan, gently heat the margarine and golden syrup until melted. Add the dark chocolate and stir until smooth. Remove from heat. - Crush the Biscuits & Chop Collagen Protein Bars
Break them into chunks (a rolling pin works great for this) & chop your bars into small chunks. - Mix it Up
In a large bowl, combine the biscuits, chopped protein bars, raisins, and frozen marshmallows. Pour over the melted chocolate mixture and stir until everything is coated. - Set the Rocky Road
Spoon the mixture into your lined tin, pressing it down firmly with a fork. Drizzle with melted white chocolate if using. - Let it Set
Leave it to set at room temperature for the best texture or refrigerate if you’re short on time. - Slice & Serve
