Are your products peanut and nut free?
Our superfood blends do not contain nuts by design. However, they are manufactured on a site that handles tree nuts and peanuts, so they are not suitable if you have a peanut or nut allergy. Our protein bars contain almond paste and are manufactured on a site that handles tree nuts and peanuts therefore are not suitable for those who have a nut allergy.

Yes, all of our raw materials are vetted to ensure that they are non-GMO according to GB & EU legislation.
What is the recommended daily allowance for Vitamin C?
The recommended daily intake of Vitamin C for women is 75mg, it is fine to exceed this however the recommended limit for adults is 1000mg according to the NHS.
