Vegan Collagen Protein Balls

Healthier hair, skin and nails are just some of the benefits of our Vegan Collagen-Boosting blend, so adding it into an already delicious recipe is a no brainer for those of us hoping to keep our collagen levels as high as possible!

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut

2 Jade & Joy Vegan Collagen Caramel Blondie Bars

1 Tsp Vanilla Essence

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

2 Tbsp Peanut Butter

150ml Almond Milk

150g Oats (Rolled or Gluten Free!)

Method

A simple mix of ingredients and you’re good to go! You can personalise these as much as you like. I covered mine with coconut for a little extra texture, but you could drizzle in chocolate for a sweeter snack or leave them plain if that’s how you roll. Let’s get into it!

  1. Measure oats, milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, chai seeds, vanilla essence and Jade & Joy bars in a bowl.Vegan Collagen Protein Balls Ingredients in bowl
  2. Mix until equally combined. (Top tip: Use your hands! The warmth of your hands helps merge the mixture together. It does get a little messy though, so if you’re not a fan, a wooden spoon works well, too!)Vegan Collagen Protein Balls Ingredients mixed in a bowl
  3. Once combined, split the dough into about 10 equal parts & roll each individual piece of dough in between your palms to make them into balls.Vegan Collagen Protein Balls Without Topping
  4. Sprinkle your coconut onto a plate and roll each ball in the shavings until covered.Vegan Collagen Protein Balls rolled in Coconut Toppings

And there you have it! High protein snacks to you to nibble on throughout the week.

With recipes like this, it’s absolutely fine to add or take things away depending on your taste. Want less chia seeds? Leave some behind. Fancy adding extra maple syrup? Go for it. Prefer crunchy peanut butter? Weird but ok! 😉
